1. ABOUT US
Pro Site Docs is operated by LDH Pipeline Services Ltd and forms part of the wider LDH Construction Hub ecosystem. Contact: lee.hunt@ldhpipelineservices.co.uk.
2. THE PRODUCTS
We sell downloadable, editable construction documentation templates supplied as Microsoft Word (.docx) files within ZIP folders. Product descriptions state what each pack contains. Templates are provided to save preparation time and are intended to be adapted for your own use.
3. YOUR LICENCE TO USE THE TEMPLATES
On purchase you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates within your own business and on your own projects. You may edit, brand and adapt them. You may NOT resell, sub-licence, share or redistribute the templates as templates, or make them available to others as a competing product. The Health & Safety Consultant Business Pack additionally permits re-branding and delivery of the documents to your own clients as part of your services.
4. TEMPLATES REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION
All documents are provided as editable templates only. They must be reviewed, adapted and approved by a competent person before use. No template is automatically compliant with any regulation, standard or project requirement without project-specific adaptation, risk assessment and professional judgement. You are responsible for ensuring any document is suitable for your specific works.
5. ORDERS, PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices are shown in GBP. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered electronically. After successful payment you receive an email containing a download link. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam/junk folder.
7. REFUNDS
Because products are instant digital downloads, orders are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If a file is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will repair, replace or refund. See our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any product is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of a template that has not been reviewed and adapted by a competent person.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All templates, text, designs and branding remain the intellectual property of LDH Pipeline Services Ltd. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
