We want you to be confident buying from Pro Site Docs. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital products.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Pro Site Docs products are instant digital downloads (editable Word documents supplied in ZIP folders). Because access is granted immediately on purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this.
2. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG
If a file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or materially not as described, we will put it right. Contact us within 14 days of purchase at lee.hunt@ldhpipelineservices.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will:
- repair or replace the file, or
- where we cannot resolve it, provide a refund.
3. DUPLICATE OR ACCIDENTAL ORDERS
If you are charged twice or order the wrong pack and have not yet downloaded it, contact us and we will refund or exchange it.
4. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
