What is in this set
This set contains 8 editable documents. Each one follows the same Pro Site Docs structure — document control, revision history, purpose, scope, applicable legislation and guidance, responsibilities and competence requirements — so everything you issue on a job reads consistently and an auditor can follow it.
Every document is a Word file you edit. Nothing is locked, and nothing is pre-filled with a project name, so you adapt each one to the actual works, the actual site and the actual people doing it.

Handover Certificate

Material Approval Form

Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
To provide a controlled record for non-conformance report (ncr), supporting compliance, monitoring and continuous improvement on the project.
Practical Completion Certificate
To formally record and certify practical completion against the relevant requirements.
Quality Policy
To set out the company’s policy, commitments and arrangements for quality, and to communicate them to all employees, sub-contractors and interested parties.
Site Handover Form
To provide a controlled record for site handover, supporting compliance, monitoring and continuous improvement on the project.
