- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Shopify Payments / Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Marketing information: your email address and preferences, where you have opted in.
- Technical information: cookies and basic analytics (pages visited, device/browser) to operate and improve the store.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To process and fulfil your orders and deliver your downloads.
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- To send marketing emails ONLY where you have given consent (you can opt out at any time).
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
4. LEGAL BASES (UK GDPR)
We process order data to perform our contract with you; marketing data on the basis of your consent; and technical/analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure, effective store.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the business — Shopify (store and checkout), our payment provider, and our email provider. We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time.
