HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR DOCUMENTS
1. After your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a download link.
2. Click the link and download the ZIP file. Where possible, download to a computer rather than a phone.
OPENING YOUR FILES
1. Find the downloaded ZIP file (usually in your Downloads folder).
2. Right-click it and choose "Extract All" (Windows) or double-click it (Mac) to unzip.
3. Open the Word (.docx) files in Microsoft Word or compatible software.
4. Replace the [placeholders] with your project details, add your logo, and save.
IMPORTANT
These are editable templates. Have a competent person review and adapt each document for your specific project before use.

- Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout.

LINK EXPIRED OR NOT WORKING?
Download links may be time- or count-limited for security. If yours has expired, email us with your order number for a fresh link.
FILE FORMAT
Files are supplied as editable Word (.docx) documents inside a ZIP folder and require Microsoft Word or compatible software (e.g. free alternatives that open .docx).
