Pro Site Docs was founded by Lee Hunt, founder of LDH Construction Hub and a construction professional with decades of hands-on experience across civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure and high-pressure pipeline projects. Every template we sell is shaped by that experience — we know what real site documentation has to do, because we have written it, briefed it and been audited on it on live UK projects.

That matters. Most template shops are run by people who have never stood in a trench, planned a lift, or handed a RAMS to a principal contractor at 7am on a Monday. Ours are written by people who have.

Why we started Pro Site Docs

Too many contractors lose hours — sometimes whole days — rebuilding RAMS, Construction Phase Plans, permits and inspection forms from scratch, usually against a tender or mobilisation deadline.
